====Proton Exchange Recipes====

For anyone making a waveguide device, this is the current recipe: 

1. 1 hour 33 minutes in the Dilute Proton Exchange. If you metricon the sample at this point with a pre-programmed index of 2.31 you should get a depth of .4505um. (Seen as only one mode in red) 
     
2. Anneal in oven at 375 degrees C for 45 minutes. In the metricon you should see a depth of 1.31um, (the depth we published as optimal) and two modes in red.
