Used SiO2 mask to create channels and 2.4mm non-proton exchanged region. 
Proton exchanged 10min, annealed 45min.

prepped with LOR and pmma for writing. 
Written, evaporated, lifted off.

Polished at 90 degree angle.  Transducer numbers are given, starting from the left going clockwise to the right, from 1 to 18.  
Every third transducer wire-bonded to a preliminary testing board with 6 connectors.

All Bonded channels are work with the green and blue laser. Red seems to have only the TE0 mode and no leaky mode. Will unmount the device, run it through the Metricon, then anneal it for 10 minutes and test it again.

The device was successfully annealed for 10 minutes.

The Metricon still only detects one mode.

It is possible that blue light was measured in the TE2 mode but if so then the TE0 mode was so dim that is was unseeable.
