Written in ESEM at Spot 5 for long transducers, developed for 1 minute. Evaporated 200nm Aluminum, placed in NMP for liftoff. Liftoff successful for the Low and Mid frequencies. The High frequencies shorted. Increasing the input signal to 25 Dbm (15 Dbm as read on the signal generator) caused the deflected light to disappear and it appears that the transducer is now broken.
