200nm Aluminum was deposited. Aqua-Safe layer was deposited. Written in the Helios. 100nm Chrome resistive strip was deposited.

Wire bonded and handed off to Scott for testing.

When 1V was applied across the leads the device passed 1A of current and a thin film on top turned brown. Aqua-Safe was a bad idea for this device.

The device was cracked during testing.
