RF denoising steps

1. These changes include:
2. increasing via wall density / via count,
3. completely separating the channels by rerouting the power traces and
4. electrically isolating the heat-sink, and
5. adding a second set of bypass capacitors (eg, 1uF in parallel with 0.1uF) for each amplifier.
