Synchronization CCA (reference only)

Purpose

The Synchronization CCA is meant to keep the polygon mirror speed at an exact lowered-ratio with the H-Sync pulses coming from the graphics card/MixAmp CCA.

Testing Transcription - Tue 30 Jun 2015

First thing to do is to get an oscilloscope and plug in channel 1 into TP - CIN and the oscilloscope ground into one of the green test pins. Channel 2 should be plugged into TP - SIG with the ground clip hooked nearby. Zoom in on the square waves and set the square waves to channel two on the oscilloscope.

The voltage levels should be from 0 - 5 volts. If the board is not locked, see documentation of the Mark IV on how to do so.

Now we will test the other probe points. TP - HSYNC will should look as follows
