Past:
Used SiO2 mask to create channels and 2.4mm non-proton exchanged region. Proton exchanged 10min, annealed 45min.
Current:
prepped with LOR and pmma for writing. Written, evaporated, lifted off. Success!
This device showed only one mode on the Metricon. We will try re-annealing the device for 20 minutes to see if we can create a second mode.
The device was successfully annealed for 20 minutes.

This device I am sure I got in the TE1 mode for blue. I am also now positive that It was the TE2 mode I used for blue for A7.
