I did a wirebond test on D1(nickel) and D3(titanium)
I performed 3 tests:
D3/half and D1/full-tape 8/20 bonds and 6/20 bonds
D1/half and D3/full-tape 6/20 bonds and 6/20 bonds
copper was 19/20 bonds
