These are the three decks that we will work on connecting and assembling tomorrow by aligning the optics
The monitor is something that I have always wanted to learn more about and I am so happy to be working with it now because of the Senior Project. This is the power supply that we made for it.
This is a picture of a burned sample. I placed in DPE for 4.5 hours and took out and let cool down. Then I placed in Acetone and even then I noticed that some residue wasn't coming off.
This is a picture of the completed waveguides. The next step is Dilute Proton Exchange unless it is decided that new aluminum is needed.
These last two weeks have been extremely busy and I was only able to complete the RIE and waveguide writing steps of the process.
These are the lapping films I want to buy. But I don't know the price and there are way too many of these. Where can I find other things that do this

This is a picture of the good grating that I am working on etching into the Lithium Niobate. Do you have any advice on how I can get it to be cleaner?
This is an odd happenstance from this week that I do not understand. I used non-inverted, 38% power, with a normal centering(but not automatic) and developed for 30 seconds with MIF 300. I do not understand what happened
I am continuing to work on the multi-channel device. No pictures to show yet but fabrication is in process.
These are the parts that I ordered that arrived this week.
I was assuming that the polishing pads would have a type of backing that I could take off but it looks like these designs are wrong. Should I order different ones or is there a different way of putting them on?
I am starting to work on a new design for the multi-channel device with 9 sections. This is the design
