rank detection is a program that will look at what rank the user has on their torso. then it will give us there location of their eyes so the display can follow them. for example high rank will see nucular codes while the lower rank will get a coffe coupon. using opcv and haarcascades

i am talking to the cs department for 3d animation content to use. we also have 3d scans we made and live rgb/depth and sterograms. —

using opcv and haarcascades boyd and i were able to get eye tracking to work you can call x and y position

we we able to get a clean scan of rd2d using the asus. the kinnect v2 has arrived and should give us a better scan.

i set up the kinect to give us point cloads and rgb and depth live. using ofxkinect example and opcv library. in the code i wrote a function to easily changed the height and width of your display to control the aspect ratio and give the computer a lesser load.

I set a up a way to upload your images from your phone to the control pc that is plugged into the monitor. to display your images. it takes 7 images and displays them around a 15 degree angle.

I am building a mechanical table to raise on command. this is to demo projects with. we also have an electric turn table and a fog machine for added effects. I built adapters to replace the hydraulic lift with an electric linear motor. the motor did not have enough torque so i am am adding a 2nd one in parallel.

i have been helping drew put in a gui into his console base programs to allow it to be user friendly. to do this we needed it to have multiple windows. i tried many approaches but in the end we needed to update to open frameworks version 9.3. the gui itself is using ofxgui library. with open frameworks 9.3 both libraries for multi windows and gui is included.
