Demonstration of not clipping at the aperture with a butterfly from multiple perspectives:

The linear stage is physically installed in the system. The alignment of the lens seems decent, because I was able to trap some particles relatively easily. It could maybe be aligned better though.

I made this mounting plate for the z-stage. The stage has metric spacing, but our optics table is english, so this plate has holes to screw into the stage, and other holes to screw into the table.
