We looked at occlusion effects from a two different angles, vertical and horizontal. Variation could be seen when the mirrors were vertical, but when the mirrors were horizontal, there was very little variation…

Here are some pictures of occlusion control. Unfortunately, they are not very bright…
The main effect seems to be a change in brightness when viewed from different angles, as expected.

This week, we looked into changing the occlusion with a piece of glass attached to a rotating stand. Here are some results:

This week was spent mostly working on code for velocity and acceleration testing and automation.
We can crop the ruler out of images now:
And we can make particles move in the path that we need for testing.
